SHIPPING

Each order is sent always by a certified method with a shipping tracking number which you can request at orders@payntersartclub.com. The estimated delivery time depends on the delivery address.

So do shipping costs, they depend on the delivery address. Please send an email to orders@payntersartclub.com in order to receive a detailed calculation of the shipping costs, as we also take into account the size of the ordered goods.

VAT EXEMPTION

For orders made outside Spain which are exempt from VAT, you can ask for reimbursement contacting orders@payntersartclub.com.

NATURE OF PRODUCTS

Our products are pictorial goods of an artistic nature, each of them being unique and sustainable, handmade and previously ordered by the client in most of the cases. As such, we kindly ask our clients to process their orders with enough time to complete the order before the agreed delivery date.

REFUNDS

Only in the case of receiving a wrong order, no returns or refunds are allowed.

DAMAGED WORKS

INVOICES

Your invoice can be requested via email at orders@payntersartclub.com.

We will send you an invoice with the billing information you gave us when you made your purchase.
